The Permanent Secretariat
The Permanent Secretariat of the World Summit of Nobel Peace Laureates is an independent, non-profit, non-governmental organization, established in Rome in 2006 by Vadim V. Zagladin, a close advisor to Mikhail S. Gorbachev regarding perestroika and glasnost.
It operates to promote messages of peace and translate them into concrete international proposals and initiatives that address the most urgent issues of our planet. The Permanent Secretariat acts as a Peace HUB, an ecosystem that promotes the path to peace among all Countries and all populations. It also promotes international dialogues on global and local issues as well as educational programs.

El Encuentro Mundial de Valores A.B.P. is a private charitable association that works in collaboration with all sectors of society to reach the deepest fabric of the community.
Our mission is to promote values through the design, promotion, and implementation of social projects that guide the community on ways to achieve social well-being and support the prevention and solution of current problems.
The main objective is to share projects and movements that promote social values, seeking the participation of organizations, and national and international leaders.
They work on the following permanent programs:
